Shipping policy
Orders are delivered within 1–5 working days.
For your pet’s safety and ours, packages may not be opened in front of the courier.
This ensures that products remain hygienic and uncontaminated until they reach
you.
After receiving your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us within 24 hours if you notice any issues.
Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts go unanswered, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Return and exchange policy
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange and return deliveries take 1–7 working days after the request is confirmed.
A 150 EGP fee applies (covers courier service and professional dry cleaning).
To proceed, you must complete our exchange & return form.
Items must be in good condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
Please note: products showing signs of heavy wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
